What you'll do

• Serve as a communication link between doctors and clients
• support admissions and discharges
• record patient information in electronic medical records

• coordinate discharge readiness and home-care instructions
• handle animals in the capacities described
• facilitate in-person or virtual visits
• prepare admission paperwork
• and provide empathetic support to clients.
