What you'll do

• Process and monitor parts orders through fulfillment
• provide pricing, availability, and shipment updates
• maintain inventory and ERP records
• support cycle counts and physical inventories
• review demand, lead times, reorder points, and turnover
• create and track purchase orders
• confirm supplier pricing and delivery dates
• expedite backorders
• coordinate receiving, returns, and warranty claims
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• support shipping and warehouse operations
• and recommend process improvements.
