What you'll do

• Provide meals to residents, staff, and visitors
• work with the facility dietitian to meet residents’ nutritional needs and make meal-plan changes with Dietary Manager approval
• monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
• oversee tray-line preparation according to diet cards and meal schedules
• supervise dietary aides as directed
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• maintain clean work areas and properly stored equipment
• report malfunctions, supply needs, hazards, and incidents
• interact respectfully with residents and communicate with visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
