This role exists to provide 1-1 specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum. The technician will work in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
What you'll do
- Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs.
- Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Support BCBAs with training families.
- Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
