What you'll do

• Oversee facility medication-management programs
• ensure compliance with federal and Washington State regulations, DEA requirements, accreditation standards, and facility policies
• develop and update pharmacy policies and practices
• coordinate pharmaceutical purchasing, inventory, storage, recalls, and disposal
• monitor medication utilization, formularies, shortages, and cost-containment initiatives
• and support pharmacy technology and electronic health record optimization. Additional staff pharmacist duties may be assigned.
