TOUS les JOURS Albuquerque is opening New Mexico’s first TOUS les JOURS Bakery Café. The role prepares and bakes bakery and sandwich products to established recipes and quality standards. It supports daily production by maintaining freshness, consistency, presentation, and a clean, organized work area.

What you'll do

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches
• assist with decorating and finishing desserts
• package products for sale
• mix, portion, shape, and assemble products
• operate bakery equipment safely
• maintain a clean station
• collaborate with bakery colleagues and assist with special orders and seasonal products as needed.
