What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll for domestic and international employees
• reconcile payroll data and prepare journal entries
• distribute pay and payroll documentation
• administer deductions, benefit withholdings, and garnishments
• validate timekeeping data
• calculate and withhold taxes
• maintain compliance with labor laws and payroll requirements
• assist with audits
• answer employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
• generate reports and reconcile payroll records with accounting systems.
