What you'll do

• Maintain servers, networks, communication systems, and endpoints
• install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• perform network and server maintenance and testing
• manage information-security software and incidents
• coordinate equipment logistics and asset records
• assign, prioritize, and escalate tickets
• support network upgrades and infrastructure changes, including occasional weekend work
• provide desk-side and remote user support
• onboard and offboard staff
• maintain IT policies and procedures aligned with regulatory, quality, and security standards
• support lab network provisioning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 3+ years of professional IT experience. Enterprise LAN/WAN, Office 365 or Google Workspace, NAS, routers, firewalls, VPN, and Cisco/Meraki experience are sought. Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work is required for scheduled network upgrades.
