What you'll do

• Serve parts and accessories customers in person and by phone
• identify appropriate parts and accessories
• use sales fundamentals, including upselling and related-item suggestions
• process transactions
• maintain showroom and stockroom
• receive, stock, and organize parts
• follow department procedures
• maintain product knowledge and certifications.
