What you'll do

• Meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• maintain care plans
• follow physician orders and provide treatments
• document nursing notes and significant findings
• assess residents daily
• administer and safely control medications
• initiate emergency procedures as needed
• supervise nursing assistant activities.
