Accountant – Accounts Receivable and Finance Integration

The Accountant – Accounts Receivable and Finance Integration role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, and pays $32–$38 per hour. What you'll do

• Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, short payments, and customer credits
• reconcile customer accounts and investigate balances
• collaborate with teams and customers on payment issues
• support month-end AR close
• document workflows and create process maps and SOPs
• support acquisition and business-transition integration
• assist with ERP data cleanup, validation, testing, and transitions
• prepare reconciliations and month-end schedules
• provide backup accounts payable support
• assist with close, audits, and accounting projects
• maintain financial records and documentation.

Why this role
