The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), In-Home ABA, Afternoons role is onsite in a client’s home in Phoenix, AZ 85029. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides home-based ABA services to families, including children with autism or developmental delays. The technician delivers one-to-one, play-based support using treatment plans designed by a licensed BCBA. The work helps children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence in their everyday environment.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with a child in the home using play-based ABA techniques
• follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• track session progress using a phone or tablet data system
• collaborate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• share session feedback with families.
