What you'll do

• Build candidate relationships and networks through social media and professional platforms
• craft and send recruiting emails
• conduct sourcing searches using networking, cold calling, Boolean searches, and other channels
• manage candidate experience during sourcing
• screen candidates for availability, interest, business unit needs, and qualifications
• maintain documented search pipelines and recruiting activity.
