The Day Camp Archery Specialist works onsite in Waltham, MA, for $17.50–$21.00 per hour. Reporting to the Camp Director, this role provides safe, age-appropriate archery instruction and uses camp activities to build skills, self-awareness, self-expression, and group relationships.

What you'll do

• Teach safe, age-appropriate archery technique
• create and document archery curriculum
• maintain the archery range and program supplies
• plan recreational and educational activities
• support camp events and coordinate with counselors
• report incidents and communicate with supervisors
• attend staff meetings and training.
