Property Manager

The Property Manager role is onsite at Oak Creek Townhomes in Eugene, OR, and requires living on site. Pay is $22–$25 per hour; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., for 32.5 contracted hours weekly. CRMG manages the 41-unit apartment community. The manager handles daily property operations to maintain the community, serve residents, and support occupancy and financial administration. Responsibilities span marketing, resident screening, rent collection, notices, reporting, agreements, and property integrity.
