What you'll do

• Diagnose truck components and recommend repairs
• help write repair orders and communicate with drivers and owners
• assign jobs and work areas based on employee skills
• inspect work in progress
• track customer jobs and advise on completion times and repair costs
• road- and dyno-test trucks
• maintain clean work areas and company equipment
• coordinate parts availability and repair-order accuracy
• determine warranty eligibility
• support safe working conditions.
