Hospice Chaplain – Part-Time

What you'll do

• Support families and communities through anticipatory grief and post-death bereavement
• complete spiritual-needs assessments for hospice patients and families of choice
• serve as liaison to the patient’s and family’s faith community
• respond to patient and family needs
• support clergy and other spiritual caregivers in relation to terminal illness.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, recognized ordination or credentialing, and three Clinical Pastoral Education units from ACPE or an accepted equivalency. Hospice experience is preferred.
