Supported Employment Specialist

What you'll do

• Review support plans and assessments
• conduct employment assessments and develop goals
• identify job opportunities
• support applications, interviews, resumes, onboarding, and orientation
• educate employers about disability awareness and accommodations
• provide on-site job training and coaching
• fade supports systematically
• monitor safety and accommodations
• conduct follow-up visits and address retention concerns
• document services and progress
• coordinate with care teams, guardians, employers, and leadership.
