What you'll do

• Manage daily program operations and provide coverage as needed
• contribute to and implement the annual clinical care plan
• address front-line treatment and service issues
• conduct client and staff focus groups
• facilitate clinical team meetings and case reviews
• provide direct care and possible crisis intervention
• conduct chart audits and training
• supervise staff
• monitor productivity, reporting, training, and outcomes.
