• Oversee remediation channels for compliance concerns
• research and interpret regulatory requirements
• direct the Facility Compliance Liaison Program
• manage provider-based entity readiness
• optimize compliance performance and case-management systems
• maintain written compliance standards
• govern compliance education
• monitor delegated entities and facilitate audits
• coordinate investigations and corrective action
• represent compliance on committees and workgroups.
