Senior Project Manager – Environmental Compliance

It also supports client service, proposal development, technical inspections, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Develop business for Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessments, property condition assessments, and subsurface investigations
• coordinate and oversee field inspections and final reporting
• perform technical inspections as needed
• interview and recommend hires or independent contractors as needed
• prepare and submit proposals using Salesforce
• follow up with potential clients
• coordinate with internal teams on Red Tape Due Diligence services
• provide client service
• and network with decision-makers in development, banking, and AEC.
