The role supports the Undersea Warfare Decision Support Team and a U.S. Navy undersea warfare program. The system supports situational awareness, mission planning, and real-time data sharing across connected platforms. The engineer integrates, tests, validates, and helps deploy software across computing environments, resolving compatibility and networking issues and documenting test results. This work contributes to reliable software delivery for mission-critical naval systems through collaboration with Agile teams and continuous integration and deployment processes.

What you'll do

• Perform software integration and validation using approved DevOps lifecycle processes
• integrate and test software deliveries, verify bug fixes, and conduct regression testing across hardware and operating system configurations
• troubleshoot networking, virtualization, and compatibility issues
• document test results
• collaborate in Agile/Scrum planning, execution, and reviews
• contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
