What you'll do

• Visit new and existing customers
• manage and expand an assigned customer group
• forecast, prospect, and bid for new business
• build relationships with decision-makers
• share market and competitor information
• coordinate customer service issue resolution with customers, vendors, Credit, and Accounts Receivable
• identify product needs and coordinate orders
• assist with training or mentoring associates
• maintain CRM opportunity and pipeline tracking for technical sales when applicable.
