Data Engineer — Mostly Remote, Portland Meetings

Job overview

The Data Engineer role is mostly remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Portland, OR when required. Compensation is $60 per hour. What you'll do

• Design cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse environments using Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
• build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL
• integrate ERP, financial, API, database, and file data
• develop logical, physical, and dimensional models
• implement Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI integration
• optimize Snowflake and data pipelines
• establish orchestration, monitoring, and observability
• build REST API integrations
• collaborate on requirements, architecture, and engineering practices.
