What you'll do

• Support territory goals
• assist with time-sensitive customer orders and order tracking
• train Territory Managers on tracking shipped orders
• track orders not yet shipped
• assist with sample orders
• provide limited administrative support in urgent situations
• support bill-only purchase orders and field inventory processes
• manage approved bulk requests
• provide account support to selected strategic accounts
• coordinate with Marketing
• monitor leads and follow up with Territory Managers
• support CRM outreach opt-ins
• maintain cross-reference data
• communicate competitive activity
• train new Territory Support Specialists
• resolve forwarded Customer Administration requests
• participate in sales meetings and process-improvement projects
• comply with quality, promotional, and regulatory requirements.
