Catering and Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Welcome groups and direct guests
• respond to service issues and coordinate group requests with property departments. Inspect meeting rooms against Banquet Event Order specifications and support event planning meetings. Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, and Hotel Operations. Answer sales office calls, greet clients, maintain booking files and Delphi records, prepare and distribute reports and BEOs, and assist with proposals, resumes, sales projects, and event documentation.
