Job overview

The KidStrong Coach role is onsite in Plano, TX, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour based on experience and certification level. KidStrong’s mission is to help kids win at life by developing the whole child through a science-based curriculum. The coach delivers engaging classes for children from crawling age through 11, supporting development in brain, physical ability, and character. The role also helps keep children safe and progressing, builds relationships with children and families, and supports center activities and accurate member records.

What you'll do

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum in 45-minute classes
• develop children’s brain, physical ability, and character
• demonstrate movements and support proper technique and safety
• mentor children and engage with families
• explain the curriculum to parents
• record attendance, awards, and student data
• review weekly programming
• complete required certifications and training
• support camps, parties, and PNO events
• maintain member information and trial and member experiences.

Why this role

Part-time position with up to 24 hours per week of classes; minimum availability of 20 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends. CPR/AED certification is required or must be obtained before the first class.
