What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products and offers
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• address visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists toward monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails and recognize client milestones.
