What you'll do

• Learn payment terminal and PIN pad characteristics and use cases
• assist with terminal reprogramming for MID changes and account migrations
• track device status, serial numbers, and movement
• use device-related CRM and internal systems
• assist with simple deployment and replacement requests
• learn device operation and configuration and help with entry-level troubleshooting
• process merchant applications and enter client information
• provide supervised assistance with inbound terminal hardware questions
• help complete deployment tasks accurately and on time.
