Technical Assistant – Glasswash and Autoclave Technician

The Technical Assistant – Glasswash and Autoclave Technician role is onsite in Berkeley, CA. Pay is $38 per hour, plus benefits. What you'll do

• Wash, dry, and sterilize laboratory glassware and plasticware. Operate glassware washers, dryers, autoclaves, and water distillation systems. Coordinate dishwashing, autoclaving, media preparation, and pipette-tip sterilization workflows
• deliver sterile supplies to stocking locations
• and perform weekly autoclave quality tests. Maintain inventory and clean, organized lab areas, record completed tasks, follow environmental health and safety requirements, and assist with waste collection and general administrative tasks.
