The role oversees and performs maintenance work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, functional, and ready for residents. It coordinates service work, inspections, preventive maintenance, and team activity to maintain community standards.

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and routine property upkeep
• oversee apartment make-ready work and coordinate vendors as needed
• establish cleanliness and appearance standards
• inspect work by service team members and contractors
• maintain parts and materials inventory
• assist with repair and capital expense budgets
• complete monthly preventive maintenance
• conduct safety meetings and maintain current MSDS sheets
• perform property inspections
• document and track service requests
• lead and oversee maintenance processes
• take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• hold EPA Type I and II or Universal certification, pool operator certification, and a valid driver’s license.
