The assistant plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and safety standards within the manufacturing facility.

What you'll do

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls
• Manage waste and scrap materials
• Keep machine areas stocked
• Store and dispose of waste materials
• Use forklift/clamp trucks to transport product
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
