Property Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turnovers
• respond to resident maintenance requests and diagnose plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repair issues
• document repairs in Yardi Voyager
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
• address routine and emergency maintenance needs
• coordinate with vendors
• plan unit turns with the team
• organize storage and equipment.
