What you'll do

• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• work denials, rejections, and appeals
• review claims for accuracy
• verify insurance and resolve eligibility or authorization issues
• post payments as needed
• identify recurring billing issues and improve workflows
• collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and practice management
• maintain payer, HIPAA, and billing compliance.
