The Residence Program Specialist role is onsite in New York, NY. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Compensation is $19.06 per hour after probation. The role helps maintain residents’ safety and well-being, supports daily living and social skills, responds to emergencies, and contributes to a homelike environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide care and support personal development and independence
  • maintain safety and well-being
  • train residents in daily living, self-help, and social skills
  • prepare reports and daily logs
  • respond to crises and medical emergencies
  • provide transportation
  • assist with meals, housekeeping, cooking, and laundry
  • administer prescribed medication after required training and under protocol
  • support personal hygiene and individual program plans.
