IT Project Manager — Network Infrastructure

The IT Project Manager — Network Infrastructure role is onsite full-time at the Tinley Park, IL headquarters. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role is within the PMO of a managed IT services provider and supports customer and internal technology projects. The position exists to lead a high-volume portfolio from intake through closeout, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality. It coordinates technical teams and stakeholders across infrastructure buildouts, server and cloud migrations, and Microsoft 365 deployments.

What you'll do

• Lead 20–30 or more concurrent projects from intake through closeout
• manage network infrastructure buildouts and coordinate technicians, vendors, and customer contacts
• lead server upgrades and Azure migrations
• deliver Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and MFA projects
• select Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
• maintain project documentation
• lead stakeholder updates and negotiations
• track risks, issues, budgets, and acceptance criteria
• coordinate resources and remove blockers
• contribute to PMO process improvement, training, and knowledge sharing.

Why this role

Requires five or more years independently leading IT projects, primarily network infrastructure, and experience managing 20 or more concurrent client-facing projects. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Must work onsite full-time and be available for project escalations outside business hours as needed.
