What you'll do

• Receive invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving documents
• review invoices and select them for payment
• prepare accounts-payable reports and maintain files
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• process recurring payments
• post check payments and credit memos
• handle monthly invoicing, collections, credit-card payments, and account adjustments
• prepare weekly controller reports.
