Senior Azure Data Engineer

Job overview

The Senior Azure Data Engineer role is remote, with occasional travel to Springfield, IL, approximately two to three times per year. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Build ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric
• develop PySpark jobs
• build ELT workflows
• implement Lakehouse and data warehouse models
• support Azure DevOps CI/CD, monitoring, security, and infrastructure as code
• contribute to legacy-to-cloud modernization and production troubleshooting.
