What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• provide client service and collaborate with the team
• use interventions to help clients achieve goals
• coordinate services with case managers, families, employers, medical personnel, staff, and schools
• attend clinical meetings and trainings.
