• remove and dispose of trash
• complete preventive maintenance
• inspect buildings and grounds and report concerns
• maintain landscaped areas
• pressure-wash surfaces
• prepare vacated apartments
• maintain company equipment
• participate in safety inspections and drills
• serve in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule.
