Hospice Care Consultant

The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic sales representative, championing the mission of Gentiva Hospice and developing strong relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community to increase awareness and drive referral growth.

What you'll do

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in services
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
• Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and how hospice care can support quality of life
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives
• Represent the organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
