The Library Page — Kips Bay Library role is onsite in New York, NY, for $17 per hour. This student position introduces library-system work while supporting patrons and library operations. The Page shelves and retrieves materials, answers in-person questions, assists with basic technology, helps prepare public spaces for events, and supports staff with materials checks.

What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service
• shelve and arrange library materials alphabetically and numerically
• answer in-person inquiries and help patrons locate materials
• assist with basic computer, internet, and audio/visual equipment
• locate and prepare requested materials
• help check damaged materials
• set up public spaces for events and programs.
