What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end biweekly payroll process across multiple entities
• review and audit timesheets and resolve discrepancies with managers
• respond to employee payroll questions
• maintain payroll records and employee updates for pay changes, taxes, direct deposits, and deductions
• coordinate payroll taxes, reporting, and deductions with the payroll provider
• support compliance, workers’ compensation reporting, audits, and payroll-system training.
