Clinical Psychologist in Southington, CT. This is a full-time, onsite position with a 40-hour per week schedule. Middlesex Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide direct care, including individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, discharge planning, and psychological testing/evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Participates in direct care to assess needs and coordinate services to the appropriate population (children, adolescents, adults, and families).
• Provides initial mental health assessments resulting in measurement-based care planning.
• Provides brief, solution-focused therapy.
• Provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to specific diagnoses/presenting issues.
• Provide psychological/neuropsychological testing to patients referred.
• Participate in care coordination.
• Maintains daily/weekly scheduled appointments in electronic records systems.
• Provide therapeutic services to patients and their families.
• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including external partners and agencies.
• Completes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner.
• Participate in our high-risk program.
• Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients, including LGBTQ+ community.
• Participate in supervising psychology trainees in accordance with ABA compliance.

Experience
