What you'll do

• Provide individualized music sessions and performances
• adapt musical selections based on patient preferences, feedback, and observed outcomes
• collaborate and communicate with RN case managers, social workers, chaplains, and other care team members
• contribute to annual memorial services and group music opportunities
• coordinate ongoing sing-alongs and group events with facility partners
• support hospice and wellness initiatives.
