Production Lead - 2nd Shift

The Production Lead - 2nd Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Hazel Park, MI, scheduled Monday through Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with Friday overtime as needed. Pay is $18 per hour. Jeeter’s production team supports DreamFields’ cannabis products and manufacturing operations. The lead oversees daily production work, coaching and training employees and monitoring safety, quality, and productivity. The role helps maintain production flow and meet output goals by coordinating packaging work, reporting performance, and communicating operational needs to the supervisor.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach production employees, including corrective action when quotas are not met.
• Audit and report underperformance, maintain quality standards, and enter daily data into spreadsheets.
• Train new hires in the assigned production area.
• Oversee packaging to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Follow PPE, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures and communicate production feedback to the supervisor.
