What you'll do

• Lead hiring and onboarding with the General Manager
• coordinate provider development plans, training, and department meetings
• coach performance and career growth
• build schedules aligned with guest demand
• monitor wage costs and expenses
• coach provider utilization, retail-to-service ratio, rebooking, and guest retention
• provide on-call support for protocol and system questions.
