What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, transfers, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping
• help with authorized shopping and errands
• accompany the client to appointments or outings when transportation is provided by another authorized person
• observe and report changes in condition
• maintain a clean and safe home
• follow the service plan and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies
• complete service documentation.
