• lead system configuration, integrations, governance, releases, reporting, and data quality
• manage HR technology initiatives and roadmaps
• oversee project delivery, vendors, testing, change management, and training
• lead and develop HRIS and Payroll systems professionals
• optimize payroll and benefits systems and processes.
