Property Manager — Multifamily Community

The Property Manager — Multifamily Community role is onsite in Saratoga Springs, NY. Compensation is $85,000–$90,000 per year, plus incentive pay. The role oversees property operations, leasing, resident satisfaction, and financial performance for Rose Associates, a multifamily and mixed-use real estate operator. The role exists to maintain an effective residential community while meeting occupancy, revenue, compliance, and asset-performance goals. It leads property staff and operations, supports leasing and resident retention, manages budgets and vendors, and coordinates maintenance and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development
• lead leasing, marketing, renewal, and retention initiatives
• review applications and lease packages
• address resident concerns and enforce lease terms
• support budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and expense management
• process invoices and oversee vendor payments and contracts
• conduct inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
• ensure compliance with laws, policies, lease requirements, and safety standards
• remain available after hours to coordinate emergency responses.
